Pacific Maritime Title was founded by Molly Holden in answer to the needs of Northwest buyers, sellers, brokers, dealers, lenders and attorneys seeking a third-party professional to coordinate and organize all aspects of a vessel transaction.  Our staff gathers the pertinent information, applies research, prepares titling documents, and acts as a third party to pay off existing liens and disburse funds as needed during closing.  We prepare and deliver separate instructions for buyers, sellers, and lenders to insure that everyone involved in the transaction receives their docs in an expedient and organized manner.
